The Story Behind the Brand
Hello Mamas,
What does it mean to be a PNW Mom?
It’s not about where you live or getting parenting exactly right. It’s about the kind of humans we’re trying to raise—and the kind of parents we want to be while we do it.
PNWMoms believe in raising kids who are kind, capable, independent, and ready for the real world. We let them struggle sometimes. We set boundaries. We trust our gut. We ask for help when we need it. We laugh at the chaos, give ourselves some grace, and find other parents who get it.
That’s why I created PNWMoms. Not as another place telling moms how they should parent, but as a brand built around a bigger idea: raising capable humans and rebuilding the village around the parents raising them.
Sometimes that looks like a resource that makes you think, Yep, I needed that today. Sometimes it’s a sweatshirt that feels like it was made for your exact season of parenthood. Sometimes it’s finding your people. And sometimes, you need real support figuring out what to do next.
That’s where the rest of our PNWMoms world comes in.
Grounded Growth is the support side—practical help with parenting, behavior, development, school, and the moments when you’re at your wit’s end and need someone in your corner.
The Mother’s Garden is the village side—a local place to find trusted providers, resources, connection, and other people who understand that none of us were meant to do this alone.
But PNWMoms is the heart behind all of it. It’s the philosophy, the voice, the content, the community, the things we wear and share, and the reminder that there are a whole lot of us trying to raise good humans without losing ourselves in the process.
You don’t have to be a client. You don’t have to come to The Mother’s Garden. You don’t even have to have it all figured out.
