  • About Me: I'm a Washington native, which is very rare in the Bremerton area... I grew up in Marysville and moved to Kitsap county in 1985. I have been a single mom of 2 boys since 2000. That chapter is coming to a close in the next few months with a pending wedding date of March 21st. Our lives are full of soccer, chess club, lego club, chorus, math olympiad, colorguard, youth group, and on and on... it's a wonder I'm still sane!! (Although my best friends would argue that point...) I'm excited to be part of this site and can't wait to get to know other moms in the area. Hopefully the things I've gone through can help someone else. Feel free to ask me anything... I'm pretty open to sharing what I've been through... I believe God can take anything I've experienced and use it for good if I'm willing to let Him be in charge! Hope to hear from you soon!!!

Port Orchard Third Friday Waterfront Artwalk

4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Port Orchard Third Friday Waterfront Artwalk You are cordially invited to the Port Orchard Bay Street Association's Art Walk. Join us and network, enjoy refreshments, meet local artists, view great art and tour shops and galleries. Then "walk" on up to the Sidney Museum and Art Gallery for their After Hours social to be held at 202 Sidney Avenue on Friday, from 4pm to 8pm. Most cities have an ‘art walk’ where the galleries stay open a little late on a specific night to draw people in. Up here in Port Orchard (over the bridge and Less than a ½ hour from Tacoma), we’re doing it a little different. Instead of being stretched out all over the city where the only way to ‘walk’ is to get in your car, Port Orchard has enlisted the help of over 35 businesses on ONE STREET, each hosting an artist. This means that you can meander down ONE STREET and see more art than you could in 20 miles of driving around somewhere else! The Port Orchard Library will be open and hosting a local artist during this monthly waterfront event. Refreshments served. Location: Port Orchard Library -- 87 Sidney Avenue, Port Orchard 98366-5249, 360-876-2224
